Long Description:Wanted a V8 all of a sudden so i sold the BT50 and bought this..... now i want a 4x4 again... XR ute over terry chassis anyone?

anyways the big plan is to create Australia's and possibly the worlds first Falcon XR8 ute out of carbon fibre....

hell yeah, can't wait to see a carbon fibre xr, that would be sweet.

so far the only product that has made it to almost sellable state... the rest are just moulds taking up space, i really need a shed

heres some of my work, the small things are actually harder to make than the larger things like bonnets and tailgates but they cost more so its a catch 22....



also in the process of making a 3" mould.... have a guess .... carbon exhaust! YEP! the prototype will actually be set alight and another in the oven at 220 degrees for a few hours.... all this in 2 days... wish me luck

Haha I'll be lucky if my car is back today to be able to race this saturday. Either way I am working and the motor still needs some more running in before heading to the track though. Do post up some timeslips though, surely you should make the 14 second zone.

an xr8 isn't running 14's stock? WTF?

just a bo peep at the tsv drags website, it says that there is a "drag racing" event on this weekend, so probably $65 entry fee. i was thinking of giving the gti a go but not for $65 bucks......

Street meets are what you want dude, they're only $25 to race. And at proper meets if you get knocked out then that's it night over.
